At Perpetuity, we believe feeling good is more than skin deep. It goes beyond relaxed muscles, softer skin, and a glowing, renewed energy. We believe the better you feel, the better you do, in your relationships, in your work, in your life. We believe in the power of self-care. Take a moment for yourself, you won’t regret it.

Hillary Howerton
My name is Hilary Howerton and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Idaho. I am passionate about serving others by practicing massage therapy. My training includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Acupressure, Chair Massage, Polarity, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, NMT, cupping, aromatherapy, Hot Rocks, and Seated Ashiatsu. Our bodies hold our stories and massage is a great way to release stored pain and receive
enhanced well-being. I think of myself as a conduit to assist clients in connecting with their body's blueprint and wisdom. There is healing in therapeutic touch on many levels: Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Having a client leave the session relaxed, restored, and happy is a joy to watch. I love my job. I have lived in Idaho for 40 years on and off. Idaho is my home and being in the outdoors feeds my soul. Whether hiking, biking, rafting, paddle boarding, or skiing; I am happiest in Idaho’s outdoor playground.
I enjoy working out, yoga, meditation, and reading. I am a blessed mother of three amazing children who are now young adults. I cherish spending time with them and watching them navigate their path through this world.
I look forward to serving you and helping you build a deeper connection to your body.
Director of Recruiting for Men's and Women's Wrestling at Wayland Baptist University
Jared Crain
My name is Jared Crain. My wife and two boys are what keep my heart ticking. After massage school I decided to pursue my life long dream of being a collegiate wrestling coach. I struggled with the confidence to truly chase this dream until after massage school. Even though I do not practice massage, I developed a renewed sense of self confidence with the mental fortitude I regained while attending Oz School of Massage. Vicki and Maria are awesome instructors and I am lucky to have been mentored by them.
After a year in Oklahoma at Carl Albert State College; I am now in Lubbock, Texas with my family and coaching at Wayland Baptist University.
Owner of Healing Root and Branch & LMT
Lindsay Hurst
For as long as I can remember I have held a deep desire to help the people around me see who they are - their true essence and soulful self. My heart has always been full of compassion and empathy, and the ability to SEE. As I grew toward adolescence though, I slowly started the process of unlearning love for myself and instead grew towards shame and self-hatred as a result of the purity culture within which I was raised.
When I entered my thirties I realized that living with the deep emotional and physical pains caused by self-loathing was no longer something I could take, and I started to seek out how to find healing for my broken heart. I began the return to that innate self-love with which I had come into this world. Through the process of returning home to my essence, I have studied and personally experienced countless methods, processes, and techniques that have helped me find healing for the mind, body, and heart.
Today I use these techniques for my continued healing along with a daily divine practice of yoga, hiking, meditation, educational reading, and absorbing as much love and light from the sun as I possibly can allow for the continual unfolding and blossoming of self-love.

Temple Ann Gladstarr
I am an intuitive healing artist working with the ever-available facets of transformation: breath, sound, movement, ground, touch, stillness, scent, and imagination to assist you in feeling balanced and open, relaxed and rejuvenated. This work can help you release trauma and heal destructive patterns embedded in the layers of self. I believe the subtle is the most profound, and every session supports body, mind, and spirit through loving touch and presence.
I hold space in a nurturing and grounding way for all to feel welcome and safe. I respect the holy uniqueness of everybody I meet and celebrate the inevitability and beauty of change.
I love to travel and learn through play. I inspire expansion in others through my commitment to presence and a continual opening of heart. I practice being raw and regal through honest vulnerability. I offer warmth and caring through my voice and touch, and am highly attuned to the subtle dimension of vibration, which has the most profound reach.
I consider my work to be poetry in action, weaving curiosity and reverence for what is to support healing and transformation for all.
