November Sound Bath Workshop

When: November 5 - 6 | 9:00 am - 4:00 pm each day

The workshop will include:

◦    Science and history of sound healing

◦    Cymatics-vibrating matter into existence

◦    Guided, sound meditations, and sound baths

◦    The Voice- the original sound healing instrument with vocal activation chakra, toning exercise

◦    Playing techniques for metal and crystal singing bowls

◦    How to play multiple bowls simultaneously

◦    Matching Crystal and metal bowl sets

◦    One on one sessions; how to lay bowls on and around the body

◦    Self-healing techniques with Singing Bowls

◦    How to bring sound into your massage/yoga/esthetic sessions

◦    Introduction to other sound, healing instruments, such as gongs, flutes, hand pan, chimes, didgeridoo, drum, shaker, etc.

◦    Leading a sound bath

◦    Q&A session

If you are not familiar with Brian, he has been in the music industry for decades and the last handful of years have been solely dedicated to sound healing. His sound baths are transformational and this would give you an opportunity to get familiar with him and his energy.
