Mary Seamster, LMT, RCST® is a WATSU® Practitioner and Senior Instructor for all levels of Watsu®, Founder/CEO of White Stone Institute, and previous Chair of Board of Directors for Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association (WABA). Mary is known for her passion for the work, attention to detail, body mechanics, warmth, and humor. Maria Kilgo, MA, LMT is a certified WATSU® practitioner and WATSU® Instructor-In-Training. She holds a master’s degree in Adult Instruction and Performance Management. The last 6 years she has applied her formal education to her passion in the healing arts as co-owner and instructor at OZ School of Massage in Eagle, Idaho. In addition to massage, Maria teaches Ashiatsu/barefoot massage, enabling other therapists to experience the joy of offering deep pressure without wear and tear on the therapist’s body.
