Vicki Lozier

Vicki Lozier, LMT has 2000+ hours of training in Energy, Massage Therapy and Nutrition. As a passionate life-long learner, she finds joy in sharing her skills and empowering others to help themselves.  She started OZ School of Massage in 2005 at the request and much urging from her son to teach him.  She designed a curriculum and got it approved by the National Certification Board of Massage Therapy and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and continues to update and stay abreast of new requirements.  OZ School of Massage has been registered with the Idaho State Board of Education since licensure in 2013. Since founding the school she has transformed lives and launched innumerable people into the healing arts.

Vicki has been a massage therapist since 2004. Her original love was energy work, which she has been doing since 1998. In 1999 Vicki discovered Polarity Therapy and certified in the modality under Maruti Seidman in 2003. Polarity is her favorite modality to teach and share with clients as the power to transform the body is powerful. She has many other energetic modalities in her toolbox, which include; Reiki Master, Acupressure, Reflexology, Tuning Fork Therapy and more.

She turned to massage to provide an umbrella for her energy work and had an epiphany as to the power of Therapeutic Massage combined with energy work to treat the whole person. These therapeutic modalities have become a mainstay in her signature massage; Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Myofascial Release (MFR), Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Scandinavian Mobilization Technique (SMT) along with the foundational Swedish massage.

Vicki started teaching energy classes in the late 1990’s.  Polarity, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Sacred Geometry, Gemstones, and Aroma Therapy classes are just a few of the courses she offered in the early years.  Vicki has a gift of taking the various things she learns from the masters of content of origin (John Barnes, PT, Maruti Seidman, Diane Stein, Carolyn Myss, Donna Eden, Teaching of Paul St John,  to name a few)  and eclectically putting them together. The many years of learning, as well as implementing the modalities blended with her unique style brings a flair and unique style to the classes.

In 2015, Maria Kilgo enrolled in OZ School of Massage.  Vicki recognized Maria’s teaching gifts as well as her skill in massage, and after moving to the Boise area in 2017, invited Maria to become a partner in OZ. They continue mentoring and training students to have successful careers in massage therapy.
